Soups

Soup can be the perfect start to a meal or a meal in itself.  It can be enjoyed hot on a cold winter’s day, or cold and refreshing at the height of summer.  It can be thick and hearty, creamy, spicy, or sweet.  It can be prepared from specially-prepared, carefully-measured ingredients, or thrown together from kitchen leftovers.  Best of all, it doesn’t matter what you do to a soup, chances are it will taste great anyway.
