    Low-fat Vegetarian

    Not exactly my idea of low fat but all the recipes contain less than 30% fat, so I guess it fits the general definition.  The recipes are good though and most are illustrated. (1995)
    Not really vegan-friendly and it contains some "bonus" recipes that aren't vegetarian.
