Vegan Mustard Vinagrette
Preparation: 5 minutes
Makes 1 1/2 cups
- 1 c. canola oil
- 3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
- 2 T Dijon Mustard
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp sugar
- Put all ingredients in a 1L jar or bottle with a tight fitting lid.
- Cover and shake until blended.

- Combine all ingredients with a blender.
Keeps for 1 month in the fridge.
