Sauces and Marinades
Sauces and marinades are the saviours of bland foods. They make everyday foods and ordinary recipes exciting and new. Use them to zest up pasta, rice, beans, vegetables, tempeh, seitan or tofu. The salsas work great as a dip, marinade, with crusty bread., or alone as a side dish. Many of these recipes are called for as ingredients elsewhere in this site.
